1. About Cute Mystery Fleximals

Cute Mystery Fleximals is an Australian small business that creates and sells 3D-printed collectible Fleximals.

Our products are designed for collecting, displaying and general enjoyment.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, individual products may have minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance. These variations do not necessarily indicate a fault.

2. Mystery Bags

Our Mystery Bags are designed around chance, surprise and collecting.

Each Mystery Bag contains a randomly selected Fleximal from the applicable series. Customers cannot choose or guarantee a particular animal, colour or rarity when purchasing a Mystery Bag.

Purchasing multiple Mystery Bags does not guarantee that you will receive different Fleximals.

3. Series & Rarities

Fleximals are released in different series and rarity levels.

For Series 1: Animals of the World, Fleximals may be classified as Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic or Legendary.

Rarer Fleximals may be available in smaller quantities and may have a higher individual selling price.

Rarity does not guarantee any particular resale value or future monetary value.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing conditions and the device used to view our website.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once we have successfully processed the order and provided an order confirmation.

We may be unable to accept or fulfil an order due to circumstances such as insufficient stock, payment issues, technical errors or an obvious pricing error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

7. Shipping

We will ship orders to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery information is accurate.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, public holidays, severe weather and other delivery disruptions.

8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Because Mystery Bags contain randomly selected products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges simply because a customer does not like, does not want, or was hoping to receive a different Fleximal from their Mystery Bag.

However, nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

If a product is faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply to it, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

9. Intellectual Property

The Cute Mystery Fleximals name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, written content and other materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our intellectual property without our permission.
