Our Shipping Promise

Cute Mystery Fleximals is a small Australian business, and we pack and ship every order with care. We dispatch orders as soon as possible, with guaranteed drop-offs to Australia Post on Mondays and Fridays. If your order is placed between dispatch days, it will go out on the next scheduled run.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Australia Post Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10+ business days

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Track at auspost.com.au.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
