Because Mystery Bags are designed around the element of chance and surprise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer is unhappy with the Fleximal they randomly received or wanted a different animal or rarity.

However, this policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, defective or is significantly different from its description, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
