Cute Mystery Fleximals is a small Australian business, and we pack and ship every order with care. We dispatch orders as soon as possible, with guaranteed drop-offs to Australia Post on Mondays and Fridays. If your order is placed between dispatch days, it will go out on the next scheduled run.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, Australia's national postal service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, public holidays) or due to circumstances outside our control.
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10+ business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before reaching out.
